We often hear say unemployed is a full-time job. Between approached Pôle
Emploi, searching for tenders, multiple sending of responses, and spontaneous
applications... A good organisation is necessary not only to find them but
especially for not to miss the offer with a big O, that could lead to
long-awaited employment.
It is this kind of need that meets UnemployAid, a Web-based tool created by
an applicant for employment, which takes the form of an Virtual Office to
organize her job search. The purpose is not to propose job offers, but to
consolidate documents (CV and cover letters), its applications and their
progress.
It is also very useful in case of inscription on several jobboards, with
several different passwords. It does not matter if you forgot on the road: at
least everything is centralised in one place! The tool also offers a system
of reminders not to forget to do some legwork (refresh its location with the
Pôle Emploi for example...)
Available in french, English and German, Unemployaid offers regular, like a
blog, articles to advise jobseekers in their research. For example: tips
and tricks for successful maintenance job, and video tutorials for good use the
site.
